A Christian Ministry in the National Parks starts today. I am supporting the group at Canyon Village. Logan, Stahr, Katrina and Caleb did a great job.
Katrina gave a message about James 1:2 Consider it nothing but joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you fall into various trials. Be assured that the testing of your faith produces endurance 4 And let endurance have its perfect result and do a thorough work, so that you may be perfect and completely developed, lacking in nothing.
Her point was working through the daily issues and keeping your joy was training. She talked about training for a marathon. You can start with couch to 5K plans. You know the date of the marathon so you you can training and be ready for the big day. With life you don’t know when the big day will come. It will come. We all have major life impacts. Her point was training and trusting in God with the daily issues prepare us for be able to stay in Him for the big ones.
